This tool aims at measuring the quality of professional life and the burn-out levels of front-line workers.
The psychometric tool takes approximately 10 minutes to be completed. Upon completion you will receive your results.There are no right or wrong responses and pass or fail grades. Answer honestly, even if you don’t like the answer. The quality and accuracy of the results can depend on the sincerity and spontaneity with which each candidate answers the questions.
